ready or knot, off we sew!

When I saw how precise and careful her handwriting is, I knew this little friend was ready for taking up a sewing practice.

You have to be precise to make darts and iron them flat.
And sew a precise seam allowance.
And mark and cut out a pattern.
And you have to be willing to wrestle with turning fabric both inside out and outside out again.
But mostly, for a good sewing practice you have to be excited about MAKING. And she is.
and its highly recommended you do a happy dance when you've made something as sweet as this shoulder bag!
More sewing practice to come including designing an original dress...or fifty dresses...or fifty MILLION dresses!!!

Jeepers! We have our work cut out for us.

i might be biased but she does her generation proud.
