Inside/Outside

My eyes have seen the glories of March! What a full to the brim month of celebrations! March has surprised us with easy "excuses" to party. From "Roaring like a Lion" day on March 1st (this is legit! just kidding it is made up),  March Forth, International Women's Day, Pie Day, the Ides of March, St. Patrick's Day, and now looking forward to Vernal Equinox, and the Festival of Colors at the Hare Krishna temple.  Really it's mostly calm around here and a "party" can be as simple as one roar, making dinner outside over the fire (spaghetti squash with tomato sauce and roasted mushrooms), singing "march, march, march in the parade" for March forth, enjoying visiting friends from Portland and Seattle, being part of a fundraiser for a woman's organization, eating PIE, and simply sitting on the front porch and giving fudge (a healthy raw melissa recipe) to whomever passes by.  Go March!

Hammock season has begun!

Oh! Blustery, tempestuous, and joyous month!
Besos!
